The deal
By using StickMeCrazy and placing an order, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain English because legal Latin doesn't look good on a sticker.
Products & descriptions
We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Many of our original designs are created with AI design tools and finished by our team; other products are sourced from third-party suppliers and fulfilled by partners (including Printful and CJ Dropshipping) on our behalf. Print-on-demand items are made to order — colors can vary slightly between your screen and the physical sticker. Minor variations aren't defects.
Pricing & orders
- All prices are in USD unless you select another display currency; charges are settled in USD.
- We occasionally make mistakes. If a product is mispriced due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than ship at the wrong price.
- We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or abuse, or where we can't fulfill (for example, a supplier discontinuing an item — you'd be refunded in full).
- You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you.
Mystery Pack
The Mystery Pack is a lucky dip: contents are randomly selected from our exclusive design range and change regularly, so specific designs can't be requested or guaranteed. The fun is the surprise — and the pack is always priced well below the combined price of its stickers bought separately. Our standard refund policy still applies to it.
Shipping & delivery risk
Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Carrier delays, customs, and weather are outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us; you're responsible for providing an accurate address (re-shipping to a corrected address may cost extra). See our Shipping Policy for timeframes and our Refund Policy for what happens when things go wrong.
Intellectual property
Original designs, artwork, logos, and site content on StickMeCrazy belong to us or our licensors. Buying a sticker gets you the sticker — not the rights to reproduce, resell, or redistribute the design. Please don't copy our stuff.
Discounts & promotions
Discount codes and promotions can't be combined, aren't retroactive, and can be changed or ended at any time. Pack pricing applies to the pack as sold — its contents aren't exchangeable for other items.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no interfering with checkout or other shoppers, no fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StickMeCrazy's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, missed occasions, and the like). Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived — including the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Australia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
